Location — Casa Beri

Ancona and Perugia airports are both about an hour from the house and can be reached easily from London Stansted using Ryanair. Otherwise, Rome is two and a half hours by car or train. The nearest large railway station is Foligno, forty minutes from the house by car and a couple of hours by train (without changing) from Rome and Florence.

The house is in the south west of Le Marche just east of the Umbrian border, five kilometres west of Camerino and forty five minutes east of Assisi. The house sits in the spectacular hills and mountains that form the backbone of central Italy, just north of the Sibillini National Park (20-30 mins away).

The Park itself is a major attraction with magnificent walking, serious mountains, lakes and some skiing (45mins) in the Winter months. The scenery immediately around the house is also wonderful for walking and exploring on foot. The area is famous for truffles and wild mushrooms, marvellous wild flowers and huge tracts of unspoilt landscape.
